Welcome to The Ick, a website operated by American Picture Company (Home Video Global LLC, "APC," "we," "us"). By accessing this site or submitting a story, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
By using this website or sending us a story, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the site or submit anything.
When you share a story, idea, or moment with us, you give APC permission to use it however we choose in connection with The Ick. This includes adapting it, editing it, combining it with other submissions, fictionalizing it, and using it in episodes, promotions, marketing, or any related projects.
This permission is perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and irrevocable. You will not receive credit, compensation, approval rights, or notification if we use your submission. You are sharing it voluntarily and without expectation of payment.
You also confirm that the story is yours to share, that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights, and that it contains no confidential or harmful material.
Everything on The Ick website, including videos, text, logos, branding, and imagery, belongs to American Picture Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any of it without our written permission.
You agree not to: submit unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content; impersonate another person; interfere with the site's functionality; attempt to scrape data, hack, or disrupt the site; submit spam or unauthorized advertising.
We store the stories and information you submit and may use them internally to develop episodes, understand viewer engagement, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not guarantee: that the website will always be available; that your submission will be used; that the site will be error-free; that we will respond to or review every submission. The site is provided "as is."
APC is not responsible for any damages or losses that result from your use of the site or your submission of a story. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
You agree to indemnify and hold APC harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the site or your submissions.
